We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some
products, and some products cannot be shipped to every international destinations.
Currently, we only ship our products within the EU by default. The shipping of Mari Prete's original artworks from the LIMITED EDITIONS within the EU is FREE of charge for you.
For orders and deliveries outside the EU, please contact us directly via Contact Us or the "NEED HELP?" button. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates and costs for you then individually.
All Mari Prete artworks are individually made with the highest level of craftsmanship and customised
to your personal selection. Cancellation and right of withdrawal cannot apply to individualised works,
especially if from a limited edition. For non-individualised products, the statutory right of cancellation
applies. Returnable products are marked as such. If, however, contrary to expectations, your ordered artwork
delivered damaged or defective, you are of course always entitled to a replacement at no additional
cost to you. This customisable artwork is not eligible for return. If you have any doubts before purchasing,

Most other products can be returned within 30 days if they are still in their original packaging and undamaged. In that case and if you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Note, that this button only appears on returnable items.
